Section 39
Special provisions regarding evidence
: (1) In cases related to organized crime, the court may accept the evidence gathered or examined by the court of a foreign country or the official body of Somuluk as evidence.
(2) The court may also accept as evidence any material or photograph recorded in the voice of the witness, the accused or the witness and which cannot be edited, tampered with or changed.
